EA Account Stuck on PS5 Loadup
Hi! So I just recently switched from PC to PS5 and I have downloaded two games, these being Battlefield V and, most recently, Star Wars Battlefront 2. On both of these I get prompted the EA Account screen where you enter your email. Now I didn’t have an ea account that uses the same email as my PlayStation Network does, so I had an issue where, upon clicking the next button, there would be a looping loading screen.
Now I thought that if I created an EA Account this would be fix the problem, however it did not and I am still having this issue. Please help me because I’ve payed for these games and cannot access any online features of these games, let alone barely access them without any access to my EA Account. Please see if you can link your PSN account with your EA account on our website if it does not work in the game.
Check the connections page in your EA Account settings to see if you’ve already linked an account.
