Emperor Palpatine's lightning going thru closed doors & floor

I just played 2 games of galactic. It’s so freaking over powered! I just go nail him down! All Pal did was keep everyone in a LOCK STUN, no one can move and die in like 3seconds, even if a hero with “extra health.” Going through walls, even buildings no can enter to. I tried using a jet pack away, but even in mid air, was “stunned” & dead before landing. Just now finished a game, he went 98. When he started Palp at 12 kills.. I haven’t ever raged that badly until now. My whole team manage to keep even by killing his teammates, but no one could kill Pal. 0 damage at most, when ALMOST dead, gets like 150% even more healh, then 0 damage again.
