Enemy kill screen banner overlaps the chat between matches on PC

This is kind of an annoying issue on PC. After I die, the enemy's kill banner is overlapping the chat, so I can't see what was said by my team mates. Anyway, not sure if this is the right area for this, but it is an issue.
