Error 426 - not able to connect to online play

Error 426 When I start the game using a sub-account it says that online features are unavailable in this application due to age restrictions. However, in the master account settings for the sub-account age restrictions have been set to Level 13 but the problem still occurs. The sub-account also has a PS Plus membership (joined today). The online works on our PS 4 main account. Also Battlefront 2015 version works fine for online in the sub-account.

This is very frustrating and makes little i.e. none!!! sense...

I've done a search and can't find anything. Frustrating for my son who could play Battlefront 1 online with no issues.

    I'm having the same problem.
I'm fourteen years old my parents have taken all the age restrictions and still the game dies not connect.
Do I have to create another account and buy another psplus subscription? Well I hope not. I have the deluxe edition of the game and if this doesn't get fixed I can securely say that it was a waste of money seeing that I can only play the offline campaign mode.

    So still no answer?

My son has a subaccount and can not connect to go online. He has no restrictions so why can't he play online?

I hope to find an answer here!
