When trying to signing to the EA servers in Star Wars Battlefront II I get a 524 error code along with the message stating "Sorry, this account is not able to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.I have gone to the URL provided and nothing seems to apply. I have an adult X-Box account with it's own X-Box live subscription. Also there are no content restrictions set on my X-Box account.I've tried the crappy EA support a couple of times and just end up on hold for way too long (over an hour) waiting for technical support to respond. Which so far, once I'm transferred to them, they never do.

Error 524 when trying to sign into Battlefront 2 on Xbox One.I can log in no problem.My son can not log in with his account on same console. Gets 524 error. EA "help" sites...are no help.

Same Problem with my children. Adult Account on Xbox and EA. Also we cannot link the EA Profil with Xbox (like my EA Account). But my children can play Garden Warfare 2 online????Please help. (Germany)

Hi. I have one under my id for the family. It might be the case that there is an issue with this but it works with FIFA and plants v zombies

Hi! Tes, maybe. But it works on FIFA17/18 and NHL 17/18 etc. It seems its just Battlefront II having this issue. My son wants to play online...

Bump. I get the same error. Very frustrating. I have adult Xbox One account with my own Live subscription. I just want to play multiplayer... Please help!

Same issue here. Error 524 on silver account with gold sharing. Attempted to modify profiles on EA and Origin and all sites are resulting in a 404 error...

Totally my problem. I opened up all the settings on my kid’s account. No restrictions and still a 524.

Has anyone found a resolution to this problem yet? We are having the same error here. All other games are working fine, just Star Wars giving the problem
