Community ManagerHello! This may simply be a generic connection error. If you’re currently using Wi-Fi, try connecting with a cable instead. Additionally, make sure to repair the game files through the EA app or verify the files using the Steam client.
It may also be a good idea to add the game to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus software.
Launch the EA app and go to your Library.
Find the game you want to repair and select the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner of the game tile.
Choose Repair.
When the game finishes repairing, try launching it again.
