Thank you for raising to this and I completely understand how connection errors like that can be a turn off, especially if it happened during a great round. Which data server are you playing on when this happens and have you tried switching to a different one? (It's located under the in-game settings for SWBFII)

For BFV, there is a network graph that can be found in your settings as well. Would you be able to have that run and record a clip next time this happens so we can see what's causing this to occur? That would really help us out a lot.

Also, log into your router's admin panel and double-check to see if there's a firmware update. That's fixed connection issues like this for players in the past. Do you have Quality of Service on your router where you can dedicate bandwidth to your games as a priority?

Dear Dice, 

I just downloaded the new update and was waiting to play when my game exited out. It displayed the error code 201, now I’m no stranger to this problem as before it was my own internet connection causing the problems. But i’ve Checked and the connection is solid. This probably means that the new update is causing disruptions in the connection. As before the update I could get into any game. Is there anyway for you or me to fix it?

Which data center are you connecting to in game and does it happen if you switch to a different one? (Go to the in-game settings to view ping site)

Before the update I used the default ping site and it worked fine. But after like I said it keeps crashing. I changed the ping site and none of them work. What can we do know?

To be honest I don’t really understand what a DxDiag but from what I’m aware of, I don’t believe I am able to send you one from a ps4. If you know how please tell me as I enjoy the game and want to get back to playing online.

Thought you were on PC. For PS4 we can try some quick steps that shouldn't take too long. If it's been crashing on you quite consistently, try a power cycle below. That's the best step to try first.

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues. If that's the case, I would reinstall. We've seen players have success avoiding crashes going from an external to internal.

The team is aware of some crashing on larger modes like Capital Supremacy and looking into it though.Updates on that can be found here.

Just tried the power cycle and it hasn’t changed anything. What should I do now?
