Error code 426 on BT2, also cant change account from EA app to fix it

I have bought BT2 from Steam, and when I played it for the first time, it said that I cant play online because of error 426. I have researched the problem, and I found out that I had a minors account, or something like that, I also had this problem with BF 1, 4 and 5 with the connectivity issues, but I wasn't interested in playing online. Now whenever I open BT2, it overrides my current account, and logs me into one that I dont remember creating, and that means I dont know on what email it has been created, and I also dont know the password. The cherry on top is that I cant see anything account related in the EA app when Im logged with that account. And my other games (BF games) are all also in the same library as BT2 (the same problem).

PS: after I open the game and close it, it stays with the problematic account, but if I also close the EA app, it will log me out completely, and I have opened a case at EA(to merge accounts), and left it over night. Woke up in the morning, "case resolved", they didnt even send a mail...
