Error code 524

I just redownloaded battlefront 2 on my ps5 which I previously paid on my Xbox. It finally downloaded and now it says my account is not able to play online and error code 524. My console is connected to a lan cable and my account isn’t flagged or anything what’s going on?

    You paid for it on (Microsoft) Xbox and now you want to play on (Sony) PS5? You won't be able to pay on one platform and play on a different platform.

    If you paid for on Xbox AND PlayStation, that's something else.
