I’m on Xbox one and the game won’t let me connect. I’ve shut down, restarted the console, and restarted my router, disconnected and reconnected to my WiFi and nothing works. I keep getting either error code 770 or 721. My WiFi works normally on all of my apps and other games.

@DevRoss471 and @MeagerYarl1039There was also posted this solution:- Start up the game- Scroll to the right until you’re at “collection” then try to connect.- Might take 2 tries to work- You can play online again.Let me know if this worked!

Heya, its a known issue and the following workaround have been reported to work. Try the following troubleshooting: Reconnect the game it's going to freeze for about 60 seconds and then you will get error 721. Try reconnection again after that. Should work. /Ati

There is a workaround to connecting to the BF2 servers if you're unable to connect after the latest patch. Note: I've been able to reproduce this over and over. I start offline each time when I start up the app. Each time I follow these steps, it works.1) Load up the game until you are in the main menu2) Play an arcade game (doesn't matter which battle scenario).3) Kill a few A.I.4) Leave game (and don't press anything)5) Once you're back to the battle scenario menu, click the right stick to connect (Note: it will fail).6) Once you get the error code 721, head back to the main menu and tab over to the collections menu7) Once there, click connect (Notice in the top left corner the connection animation will start to work).8) Now you're connected

I just completely restarted my console and I’m able to connect to the EA servers. Try that.

Same thing here. I was playing a match on Xbox One, finished the match, then was disconnected with this error code 770.

I was playing, back out to the main menu and then started getting the 721 and another 7 error... forget which one... Reset everything... Only effects this game.

I just completely restarted my console and I’m able to connect to the EA servers. Try that.

Ive been having error codes 721 and 770 since the September Squad update. Haven't been able to connect at all. I've reset the game, console, router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, undated my Xbox one x again, and cleared cache. Nothing is working, and not only is it JUST battlefront 2 that won't let me on, but trying to connect nearly freezes my console. Any solution would be greatly appreciated
