Error code 770 and 721

I have spent the a good 6-8 hours troubleshooting these error messages. I have done every possible solution with no fix in sight. I have contacted my isp they couldn’t help me either. I decided I will give battlefront a rest and go play EA sports UFC 5 but even that won’t connect to EA servers. What can I do????
