Fall Damage From Allies Completely Recharges Anakin's Retribution Instantly

Summarize your bug If an ally dies from fall damage, and Anakin is around, Anakin's Retribution completely refills, no matter how much health the ally had left, nor how much charged Retribution actually is.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Anakin and ana lly near a pit, throw the ally into the pit, see retribution recharging to max
What happens when the bug occurs? Retribution recharges to max with no regards to the ally's remaining health, nor how much retribution is already charged.
What do you expect to see? No easy instant recharge for an OP ability like retribution

It seems fall damage is actually a number so high that it instantly recharges Retribution. This is not good programming, as seen here because the idea is to insta kill who falls, not insta deal loads of damage. This way, when an ability that recognizes damage is created (Retribution), a bug like this happens. Please, fix this ASAP, now people will abuse of this mechanic a lot as Retribution is a really overpowered ability if it wasn't for its long recharge process.
