I can confirm that this issue has been resolved on PlayStation 4 as of 4/29/20. Defeated Han Solo and Lando Calrissian in Co-Op Mode on Scarif while playing as a Death Trooper (Enforcer) and received proper credit towards the "Fight As One" Trooper Milestone.
Doesn’t work on galactic republic or resistance tried it today also when it worked for a while counted my kills innacurately
