Fix this lag

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I have drop fps or lags, freezes often. One server is ok for me second server is trash, crash. No idea.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? No i can but this is often
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) depends on the server
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea

AMD or Nvidia Model Number Nvidia 390.65, the newset drivers makes me lag more. GTX 970 G1

I have this problem from 9.11.2017. I'm small Youtuber in my country - over 1.2k subsribtions and I can't play anymore this game becouse this lags, bugs, freezes, fps drops. Polish support don't know how te help me, maybe they are mad I don't know. DxDiag in files.

    There have been lags from time to time since I started playing (I'm situated in Germany, for reference), but today, it really was getting ridiculous. My frames were stable at 60fps, my internet connection was fine, my firewall is disabled, but still... lag like you wouldn't believe. At times my skills just didn't work at all, and even when I didn't touch my mouse or keyboard, my trooper was thrown around the screen like crazy, popping in and through walls like a ragdoll on crack. I've restarted my PC, I've restarted my internet router, I obviously restarted my game. Guess what? Right. Nothing helped. That's no fun at all, guys.
