Hey, everyone! Does this happen to you all on DX11?
Can you please provide a DxDiag and screenshot your graphical/visual settings from the in-game settings for us? We'll see what we can do to get to the bottom of what's causing this to happen.

Hello, Blueberry!
I've managed to solve the "glitching screen" on my own a while ago, but my single player progress seems lost for good (as well as some thousand credits from my morning session some weeks past). Any idea how to solve these?

Did you have the credits and then suddenly saw them disappear? Our Support team can check where the credits went.
We can't recover single player progress from our Support tools, but is there any chance you had it saved on local/cloud and the setting in Origin was switched? Go to your Application Settings and check the Saves tab at the top.
Some others are experiencing the flickering, was there something specific you did that they might be able to try to fix it from their end?- 6 years ago

I had "X" amount after ending my session of play. When I returned, the credits I had earned that morning disappeared, and I had lost all the SP progress as well as my settings. I also got screen flickering.
To be fair, the credits are a minor concern. Losing the SP progress is annoying though.

Don't think so. After the problem appeared, I browsed through the internet and looked for a solution, and some suggested changing these settings. I tried, but it didn't work.

After I noticed that the game had erased not only my SP progress but also all my customized settings, I went to the "video settings" and fiddled a bit. IIRC, I adjusted the FXAA from "High" to "Low".

I've since been able to play the game OK, just annoyed by the random deletion of my progress! ☹️
