When I start the game there is a small box showing the loading screen and when I click on it my whole screen goes black and then will suddenly quit and when I press the game's Icon on the taskbar it goes black again. I've had this problem a few times

Free up space on your C drive. You need at least 10% free space for multiple things to work properly on Windows.
The Diagnostics section at the button of the report is suggesting multiple, potential memory issues. Freeing up that C drive space may help with this. Otherwise, check your virtual memory settings in Windows.
While you're looking at that Diagnostics section, you might google some of the things shown to see if they should be addressed.
You can also try to disable all overlays.
