I have also had this problem, at least i think so, are you getting the title screen? and then it freezes goes to a black and white screen and crashes?

It didn't work for me, but EA recommends deleting your starwarsbattlefrontii.exe and your starwarsbattlefrontii_trial.exe and running the repair option. It'll look like the entire game is reinstalling, but it will only take a couple minutes as it's really just replacing the .exes.
I had this thing now the third time... in Beta (okay, no prob... its beta), on Launch (fixed it after several hours with uninstalling several times origin and the game), and now on the Patch. I paid 80€ for this DELUXE Edition. You know, i spend now about 10 hours, getting this game run again.
I am doing my buisiness in a web agency, and there is something we call quiality controll, before anything leaves our house or servers. so please take your time, test it and dont f. up people who paid you.
