Game CTD, stutter randomly and freezes when loading new patch 1.1

The game started to CTD randomly plus freezing every now and then, or freezing when loading. I tried an old fix of fps to put it in the boot file profile file and another one on user.cfg inside the g...

Ever since i've bought the game im experiencing freezing and stuttering, to the point i regret buying it. Other games like Black Desert Online have no problem, yet alone reach 2000 frame time...

I've already tried a couple of things such as closing in game overlay, enabling Vsync and experimenting with the settings but it's the same on Ultra and Lowest settings... 60 constant FPS with 2000 frame time.

i5 4690K

RX 470 4G 

16GB RAM

There is no actual proven fix, only tons of suggestions of what people have tried that either work or don't... And it's not consistent for everyone. EA/DICE just released a patch with a generic portion saying they've fixed some client & server side issues, but nothing was specifically cited. The only thing you can do besides wait for them to fix their game is start trying all the stuff mentioned in all the posts made before yours.... And there are many. There is also a post stuck to the top of this forum for troubleshooting problems. Good luck.
