@Hoth24_YT Please do not create multiple threads, it hurts our ability to track issues or assess their scope.
How exactly is it failing after the patch? Do you get an error message? Have you restarted your system or tried a Clean Boot?

Too many computers have accessed this accounts version!!???
I reinstalled origin and still getting this error ? - EA_David8 years ago

@DarthVader7567 Are you getting the "too many computers have logged in" error? Did you post over in the subreddit too?
Did you get this error message when you first tried to play today? If you leave it without attempting to log in for a while (at least an hour) does this have any effect? - I do not get any info from origin. I restarted pc. Reinstaled a game. Used option check files by origin nothing.
- You can check second your official forum. People have got same issue like me.
I have the same issue. I try to launch the game and after a couple of seconds the "Play" button is not grayed out anymore and I can click on play again without anything happening. In a thread from november or so they said try re-installing Origin so I did that and still nothing happened. I also checked that my driver was up to date and I already re-installed the game, tried repair und checked for further updates. Still no solution...

@Hoth24_YT Thank you for the image. Was it failing in the same way @Fluxeryy describes? If you leave it for a bit does this particular error message go away?
As for resolving this, I suspect that there's a local permissions issue. To start with, please restart with a Clean Boot, then start Origin up as an administrator (right-click the Origin icon and choose to Run as Administrator, then find the starwarsbattlefrontii.exe in the games folder and choose to run this as administrator too. Only try this once as we don't want the "too many computers" error to get triggered.
I'd also be interested in which anti-virus software you're using. As a test you can try removing and re-adding Origin and SWBFII to the exceptions lists, and see if that has any effect. I use Norton Security...I checked under Program Control and everything regarding Battlefront or Origin is "Allow"-ed
