Yes - like I said automatically managed by Windows 10 Pro.
And yes & no, most Origin/EA stuff reside on SSD (drive C), but the bulk of BFII is set installed onto the SATA drive, as the SSD was too small for a gigatonne of BFII files.
Just to note again, all problems started after the patch, so no it's not my hardware (replicated on 3 platforms and 3 different locations) and it's not my internet connection, it's bugs in some opcode, and I'm pointing my finger at the network part here. Thanks for trying to help, but unfortunately it's not working 🙂

Hey guys! Thanks for all suggestions. I tried your suggestions without success and all drivers are up to date. The only thing that helped a little bit was to enable V-Sync. It still stutter horrible but not as much as without v-sync. I did speak with EA customer support and they couldn't find my problem. We tried lower the resolution and redownload drivers. But nothing seemed to help.
So i refunded the game ☹️ Hopefully the devs will see this or the others posts and patch this problem. And then maybe buy it again in the future.
However, i'll let this thread be alive in case someone figure out a solution and someone with the same problem stumble upon this thread.

It’s obviously not your computer. The patch broke the game. The lag is so bad it’s unplayable.

I have the same issue. Game stutters every few seconds. It´s like my character is taking one step back every third second when sprinting or moving forward.
