Hey guys! Thanks for all suggestions. I tried your suggestions without success and all drivers are up to date. The only thing that helped a little bit was to enable V-Sync. It still stutter horrible but not as much as without v-sync. I did speak with EA customer support and they couldn't find my problem. We tried lower the resolution and redownload drivers. But nothing seemed to help.
So i refunded the game ☹️ Hopefully the devs will see this or the others posts and patch this problem. And then maybe buy it again in the future.
However, i'll let this thread be alive in case someone figure out a solution and someone with the same problem stumble upon this thread.
It’s obviously not your computer. The patch broke the game. The lag is so bad it’s unplayable.

I have the same issue. Game stutters every few seconds. It´s like my character is taking one step back every third second when sprinting or moving forward.

Funny sidenote - when running task manager on screen #2 I could see that the game hogs most memory and CPU while in the main menu (mem 4.4GB / CPU 78% 3 cores full throttle), versus in-game (mem 1.9-2.2GB / CPU maxed 25% aka 1 core full throttle) and GPU's were both spooling while in menu, so I guess you could say this game is a droid-killer *tsk tsk*
