Game is unplayable (full of kids using cheats)

It's pretty obvious your company stopped banning people once you started selling this game on other services, you stopped paying for moderators or something.
The same kids are on the same servers all the time, it's unplayable now, I have no idea how you're able to still sell this game at this point. 
but I will definitely NEVER be buying anything again from you guys if this is the way you treat your customers and your products. You wasted my time and my money.
