There's a lot of factors that could be causing this but we'll go down to the basics first to see if we can narrow down the cause. If you're still having some trouble after these steps, can you attach a DxDiag for us so we can look at your full system specs? We can also see the Windows error reports at the bottom.

It's possible a program running in the background is causing the game to minimize. It could be a random program simply running or your anti-virus program blocking the game at some point from running. Make sure Origin/Star Wars Battlefront II is added to your anti-virus exceptions list.
Try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator by right-clicking on the desktop shortcut. This is how we can rule out a program/process running in the background is causing it. If the game loads up and is fine, opening up one program at a time can help you pinpoint the culprit.
