You're trying to play two different games that you apparently bought from two different companies. You need to launch from the launcher provided by the company you bought the game for. So, for SWBF2 (the game this sub-forum focuses on) you need to always launch from Epic.
Generally, the sequence for fixing this is:
- uninstall the game, Epic launcher and EA launcher (EA app)
- install Epic launcher
- install EA App
- install (and run) the game from Epic
Above is not a sure-fire way of resolving your issue. You may have an account issue for which you will want to contact EA support or Epic support directly.
