Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:PC
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug General Grievous is not staggered when his attacks are blocked.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? BenSw0lo
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All saber users get at least one free swing if they block an enemy saber user's attack, but grievous's stun when he hits someone's block is too short for an attack to hit in between. One person on a saber hero should block, then swing once, then block again. Grievous should mash left click. Grievous will trade hits when the other saber hero tries to attack grievous during his block stun.
What happens when the bug occurs? Grievous will trade hits regardless of whether his last attack was blocked
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

General Grievous's block stun is too short to punish him for blocked attacks, he will trade hits with other lightsaber heroes if they try to attack after they block his attacks.

  • To me this was a design choice. And Grievous isn't the only one to feature this, both Kylo and Yoda also have a really low stagger effect after attacking a block.

But all this won't matter soon when they release the new update with the new saber system, which will feature 0 stagger when attacking a block.
