Got a free key from reddit, but never received a beta code from preordering.

I preordered this game on the 30th of September as advertised by the company that ill have early access if i preordered by the 1st of october, never got one. Many people even people who have preordered the game a week before October 1st never got a key either, i was only able to get a key half an hour before the beta time, from the generosity of strangers on reddit, it was out of sheer luck and a miracle that i was able to get one like that. EA and the studio should have sent codes out for free to everyone who preordered by the 30th, yet instead they did nothing and just told people to wait, and put people through automated advisors. This is how you break the trust of your customers, anyone who preordered before October 1st and did not receive a beta code or early access to the beta should be given codes for free, and compensation for their troubles.
