GPU usage constantly @100% and game crashes
My issue is that in the in-game menu and during loading times, my gpu usage is constantly at 100% but then when I enter an online match, it goes down to around 75%. I am able to play through matches ...

sounds like a bad video driver or gear that doesn't meet specs.
I suggest you post a DXDIAG report.
