They don't care as long as it doesn't affect their income. It costs time and maybe even a couple of dollars to solve this problem, but it doesn't cost anything to ignore us. This issue needs to be discussed under their new projects and made clear to everyone who plans to take their product, what awaits them in the future. Maybe then EA will think about our problems.

    I've avoided EA products because of this issue. They lost credibility with this game. They clearly don't care about their customers who paid for a product
