Hans Solo Update w/ child account

Edit ignore this post. Update for multiplayer only... He expected more gameplay that was offline. None was added apparently...

Got this game for my son last year, it’s annoying enough that he cant open his credit crates until he is 13 (can’t log on to ea due to age restrictions), but it appears he can not get the Hans Solo update either.  It has already down loaded and I can open it if I sign in into my account, but if we sign him in, it disappears.

I am not a big gamer personally, but I don’t want him on my account.  Does anyone have a solution to this or is he stuck with an out of the box game?

    Hey @avahzdarkwood

    The Han Solo Season update includes the offline Starfighter battles in Arcade so your son should be able to play it 🤭

    And the fact that your child uses underage account doesn't mean that he shouldn't be able to download game updates.

    Have you tried to reinstall the game on the console?

    Xbone; however, don’t worry about it. Like I said =) I am not a big gamer (console anyway). It appears all the hype was just for multiplayer and only bug fixes and balancing for offline.  Sad really, I got this game for my son last Christmas.  He was disappointed that he was locked out of aspects of the game due to his age. I understand multiplayer, but he is sitting on crates that he can not open for 3 years until he hits 13.  And it appears that he will not get additional gameplay for a long time coming. He was looking forward to offline player vs player space battles (was expecting it day one). He thought this update was going to have it. 

    As as such disregard this post.
