Heavy Class Getting Stuck In Sentry Position

Summarize your bug As a heavy in the heavy class, after going into a successful sentry charge position the heavy gets stuck in that position until the cool down is over and he can fire again. This is happening a lot on ps4, not sure about the other platforms. Thanks.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just be a heavy and continously go into the sentry position and fire, he will eventually get stuck in that position.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can move around but stuck in sentry position during cooldown.
What do you expect to see? The heavy not get stuck like that.
