Help with xbl/ea link

Disabled account help?

no more phone line help.... chat has usual gray box on platform selection rendering it useless.

i keep resetting my password with no luck.

And linked xbl account is a 4e*****ea.diasbled.ea.com

ffs what happened here?!

All I want to do is play my BattleFront 2 with a friend....

Already sent off an email...
I'm just twisted that ea got rid of the live chat function for a lot of people and calling in as well.
Why can't they update the servers to let people disconnect from old disabled accounts and re-link xbox live accounts to play online? In hopes I'll buy a ea play pro pass?

Apologies for the late response. You should be able to chat with an advisor by following these steps:

Go to help.ea.com

Select Battlefront 2 as your game

Choose "I need help logging in to my EA account"

Chat should now show up as a contact option.
