Heroes Vs. Villains character not loading after spawn.

Is anyone having problems loading their Hero or Villain after they spawn? My screen just stays still like if i was in third person view and my character takes very long to load, I can see other players moving and fighting each other, the opposite team can see my character and come attack me while I'm still waiting for it to load and can't do anything to defend myself. Sometimes I become the target while it's still loading and get attacked as well and have to spawn again and begin the whole process all over.

The internet connection icon does not appear at the top right of my screen when this is happening so I don't think that's the problem. This happens on both wireless and wired connection on a regular Xbox One.

Hey @DarthSeveren Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with SWBF2! This issue is an odd one, I have personally not seen it before. Try power cycle your xbox and if that don't work reinstall the game.

    How to power cycle:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

If both of them have been done and it is still not working try our troubleshooting network guide Here.

  • Never heard or seen it before. Sounds like you are not getting the final relase packet form the internet connection. Imagine you are starting a race. Everyone but you heard the start pistol but you don't so you are stuck while others are running. No control. Does it happen often or every time or occasionally?

I don't work for them but try this. Try a different controller to verify it is not that piece. Then disconnect the device from the wall / wait 2 mins for static charge to dissapate. At the same time, restart your internet connection, modem and router so they all start together.

Happens often, usually after the 2nd or 3rd HvV match and it starts happeninig halfway though the match, it usually starts good, then that'll start to happen. Ive might have seen other players going though it when they spawn right after dying from an active battle. They are just standing there, they can get attacked, but on their end, their character did not load and they have no control of it.

I also want to add that once this happens and the match ends, the next match never loads, i'm stuck in the loading screen forever till i restart the game. A friend I game with that is usually in my game party tells me that their game never starts either because it's waiting for me, it just stays at the "Players waiting for: 1" message until I restart my game and the game allows another player to join.
