Heroes vs Villains Revamp

Hi there, just want to thank EA for listening to its players and making some huge changes to BF2 from BF 2015. I really enjoy the starfighter mode now– whereas I hated it in the previous game.

Want to make a suggestion of revamping the Heroes vs Villain game mode though. This mode in the BG 2015 game was one of the modes I played constantly for over a year. It was my favorite mode. But now in BF2, they changed it for some reason. Something that wasn't even broken from the first game they changed– why is that?

I find the new version of H vs V very boring and just don't see it as an official game mode anymore. It's unfinished.

Is there talk or is EA open to modifying this game mode in BF2 to be more like the one in the previous game? It would really make me enjoy the game more.

I agree though I'm not convinced that it should be exactly the same as SWBF1 HvsV.
I would love to see it go to 6v6 or 8v8 but have everyone in there playing heroes. I think the hero pool needs to grow and people need time to unlock them first but currently there are 14 heroes, and about 9 or 10 of them see play while there is no point in unlocking the final 4 or 5. I'd love to see HvsV go 6vs6 and have all the heroes unlocked for this format only. We might even find a hero we like and it may give us incentive to unlock it.

I've only ever played BF2; how is HvV different now than it was in the first BF? I'm just curious how it's more boring. I haven't tried it yet, but I've seen some videos of gameplay on Youtube and it looks fun.

In one it was 8v8 or 10v10 and there were 4 heroes per team but also several normal soldiers. It made it a lot harder for characters like Boba Fett to just run and hide on a roof because the normal troops would shoot him down or explode him with grenades.
There were no classes in 1 though. I feel like if you put normal troops on this one it would pigeonhole everyone into assault for vanguard because it is so OP for taking down heroes and that’s boring. That’s why I like the idea of just adding more heroes better
Also heroes were randomly assigned so you had to learn to play them all

For Heroes vs Villians can we make it 5v5
also can we make so the game will start if it is 3v3, so annoying waiting for that 1 player when there are 7 people in the game

Ok something that needs to be implemented and fast on H vs V
is when a team rage quits/gets disconnected the other team automatically wins

Yeah I had that happen yesterday.
We were up 10 to 1 and the whole other team raged and denied us the win.
Very irritating.

Yup, liked the SWBF1 mode much better! Much more play in it then just going all out on each other. Not much fun it this..

I still like it for what it is. Mainly I enjoy learning how to use the heroes in this so that I get more benefit out of it when I get that hero in Galactic Assault.
But it definitely could use improvements. I will say that the rewards for the format are pretty solid. It's a really good way to level up your player account.
