How can I merge BF2 progress from Xbox and PC?

I own BF2 on my Xbox and have tons of progress on that account. Epic Games gave a free digital copy of BF2 Celebration Edition a few years ago and I finally got around to installing it on my laptop. Is there a way to merge both of those accounts so I can play BF2 on my laptop with the new appearances from the Celebration edition and my progress from my Xbox account?
