How to upgrade to Elite Edition?

@spytim Hey, unfortunately there isn't a direct upgrade option, and instead cancelling and ordering a Deluxe Edition is the way to go. 

If you ordered on Origin you can use the steps here to cancel/refund: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/what-s-the-great-games-guarantee/

If you are on console you can reach out to their support. 

It says that "You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now." but the money only got transferred a few days ago?

Regarding refund requests,

Refund policy for PC and Mac downloads

You may return EA full game downloads (PC or Mac) and participating third party titles purchased on Origin for a full refund.

Send EA a refund request within the following timeframes:

• Within 24 hours after you first launch the game
• Within 7 days from your date of purchase
• Within 7 days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered

If you buy a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can’t play it due to technical reasons within EA’s control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24.

Visit the Request a Refund page (Home / Origin - Great Game Guarantee) and see if any of your games are eligible for the Great Game Guarantee. (In a blue box it should say any eligible games for refund) 

Origin stand by their games. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, they will make it right. Review the full policy details on origin.com.
