I get this from time to time, and sometimes it gets stuck that I have to close the game to get out of it. Even hitting ESC doesn't allow to respawn.
I also want to really thank EA and Dice for bringing back the endless match search into a server where I am the only person, took up to at least 20 minutes to find a match, thank you very much guys! I especially enjoy it when it does it with matchmaking after being on a server with people.
Another thing, when you fire a ion disruptor it does a melee strike, really annoying and causes the timer to reset if you hit it before it locks.
