HvV multiple heroes and villains

Some more info:

With the 2 Lukes still alive, I died (as luke) and tried to respawn. The 10 second timer ticked away, but at 0 seconds it didn't spawn me in. It was frozen on the screen. I pressed spacebar and was placed in the hero selection screen, in which another timer was counting down from 20s to 0. I waited 20s but I didn't get respawn has luke, nothing happened again. Luke hero character selection wasn't faded out (as it would have been normally when someone else on your team has already chosen the hero) so I spammed that. No results. So i just picked Lando
