I can’t modify my FPS cap in the console or in a config file

Bro i've went from 1080ti playing well over 200fps to a 2080ti and the game capped me at 200fps, then a 3080, now I'm using a amd cpu instead of intel and a freaking rtx 4090 at 3ghz and still today,, on my 3440x1440p monitor or my 4k,,, IM STILL CAPPED AT 200 FPS in 2024. my 4090 is like why did you make me render this dead * game. Where has EA been the last 6 years?
