I cant check this ingame right now, but if i remember right, you have to bind mouse actions in the second column in the keybind settings. First column is for keyboard bindings, second for mouse bindings and third for gamepad... might mix this up with another game...
Another problem that I ran into, battlefront 2 seems to not register any mousebutton events with an ID higher than 5. I configured some buttons on my mouse with "mousebutton 4", "mousebutton 5" and "mousebutton 6". The first two are recognized in BF2 (although as button 3 and 4 if I remember right), the last one (button 6) is not recognized. Perhaps this is your problem. To solve this, bind the key to something else.

8 years agoYou're right on the second column. I tried that with no luck. Your second point makes sense as might be the problem, although I'm not sure why. It's or ked in other games and why design a game not friendly for gaming instruments like the mouse? Thanks for the input.
