Launch full game installation problem

So i recently decided to go back to battlefront 2 on the ps4 (thought id do my part in getting BF3). I reinstalled the application, installed any new updates needed and got into the game. I had CE-300058 come up a few times so i looked up what that was and how to fix it, and i feel ive tried everything with that. It tends to go away after I press X to get back into the application.

My main problem is that once I get into the game, I am met by a screen showing starkiller base, an option to play arcade, and a loading area titled launch full game, which has not moved from 24% progression since I started.  I plan to leave it running overnight to see if that helps, but if it doesn't I dont know what to do.

I've tried rebuilding the ps4 database, power cycling, cleaning the disk, etc.

Has anybody recently had this issue, and if so how did you solve it.
