I've already contacted xbox support team and for several times they told me there has not been any issue in the console system. So, I would like to know whether similar problems have been reported and if anyone know how it could be solved.

thanks

  • Yes, I`ve tried a lot of things, event a full console reset.

However, none of them solved my problem. Now, I can't even open the game. I think it could be a console issue since other games are freezing along with the console dashboard. So, I don't think it's a bug from Star Wars Battlefront.

Unlike Microsoft support, you informed me that's not an issue reported for other users as well, which has been useful to find the root cause of the issue since I can disregard the possibility of an issue from star wars game.

    Thank you for answering me!

  • Hey @juniorlfn  we are currently not tracking any issues with maps not working.

Have you tried to power cycle the console?

    How to power cycle:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
