I need solution for black screen during startup game Star Wars Battlefront 2

Please help me black screen issue during game startup. SWBF2 Im using RTX 4060 Ti and have dual monitor. but for gaming only use one monitor.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? Do you also get any error messages or just a black screen?
