I need some help if anyone can. Error Code: 2446

I've been getting this error code for the last 4 days, Error Code: 2446 and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it? I can't get or upgrade star cards and I can't get skins, I don't know what ...

I tried to restart the router many time but it still got the same problem how to fix it 

I play on Pc window 10

Hi guys,

I spent 1.30hours with the support yesterday, it is apparently a problem with port of the router. They gave me so many tasks, nothing worked. 

So I just switch from the router to wifi. And solved the issue. 

I am on ps4, maybe this also works on pc

    Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Thank you for trying to help though. @EA_Atic If you could tell me how to clear those files it would be much appreciated.
