I need some help if anyone can. Error Code: 2446

I've been getting this error code for the last 4 days, Error Code: 2446 and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it? I can't get or upgrade star cards and I can't get skins, I don't know what ...

I was doing the same thing as you except I was using Verizon @0Big_Data0 so then I connected my pc to an actual wifi router and that worked for me. Tethering my phone worked for me until the latest update. Then it broke it for some reason.

@Kiddums3635 I check my inbound and outbound connection rules and made sure SWBF2 was allowed, then I verified integrity of game cache, but as I started I stopped it immediately. After that I was able to connect correctly.
