SPLASH DAMAGE/SPLASH RANGE REDUCTION PLEASE!!!!!!!! Idens alternate fire hits you when you're around doors, behind walls, high in the air, far far away... it is ridiculously hefty/splashy. Similar to Boba's rockets, Iden's alternate fire should deal optimal damage closest to the center of impact, with damage scaling down dramatically as it gets closer to the edge of the blast radius. I hate to say it... but Heavy too...
I'm on the fence about whether Iden really needs nerfed, but agree she can be very unbalanced... but there aaaaare times you can completely obliterate her... No other blaster hero/villain can match her effortless DPS in HvV *COUGH* because alternate fire barely requires aiming *COUGH* especially when she has a dedicated escort (a lightsaber villain to protect her or keep heroes at a distance). She is also great when caught-off-guard or in 1-on-1 situations, just give them a shock, sustained fire to the face, a quick dodge and then finish it off with some alternate fire... Jedi down.
For this reason, your typical Iden player is found hiding on the edge of the map or behind teammates spamming alternate fire and stealing all the kill shots............ I think Iden NEEDS her alternate fire to be a viable blaster villain, but its too reliable and too deadly in combination with her shock... she needs to be left vulnerable like the other heroes/villains when their abilities are in cool down (for longer than a weapon cooldown).
Agreed. A splash damage reduction would be good
