Iden Versio emote not playing

Summarize your bug Iden Versio's Emotes don't work, however every other character (hero and soldiers) work. It doesn't make sense! Please help! I have some awesome emotes for Iden but they don't work. Uninstalled and Reinstalled to see if that fixed it but to no avail.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea how to recreate purposefully.
What happens when the bug occurs? Iden Versio's emotes do not play.
What do you expect to see? Iden to perform an emote when using the d-pad.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue how to purposefully pull this bug off. I really don't even know how I've broken it in the first place.
What happens when the bug occurs? Emotes do not work for Iden Versio at all.
What do you expect to see? The emotes working when I use the D-Pad. (Yes I have used other emotes on other characters to success, just not on Iden. So it's not my controller as the problem.)
