That is the complete message i am getting with all the letters.

I should also mention I have installed all windows updates
I also dont want to install windows 10. I am on windows 8.1 with all updates
Community Manager@Dreadnought069 Please try the following steps as I have seen this work for a number of people.
1- Update Windows
2- Control Panel/Uninstall Program - uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86
3- Reboot your PC
4- Download and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86 (2 seperate installs)
5- Reboot your PC
