@Dreadnought069 Please try the following steps as I have seen this work for a number of people.
1- Update Windows
2- Control Panel/Uninstall Program - uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86
3- Reboot your PC
4- Download and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86 (2 seperate installs)
5- Reboot your PC

Thanks for the info,
Can I please get links to the Microsoft websites to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86 for free?
I can't find them on the microsoft website? I also don't know what is a good website to use to download these and I'm having a tough time locating them both...

Thanks for the help Darko, I have two issues:
1. This link seems to be for one generic file, though in the previous directions you said two separate file installs? Will this one file cover both Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86 ?? and will these be updated versions of these files or the same as the original factory installed versions? I ask this because this relates to my next inquiry;
2. In a related tech support ticket a tech advised me to reinstall windows, so I formatted my cpu and now Origin will not run or at least when I did get it to run and tried downloading even battlefront I (let alone battlefront II) I received the following error messages:
Error message A) IGOProxy64.exe - Application error (***this error would pop up 5 or 6 times in a row every time I clicked ok to close it before it stopped appearing***)
The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b) Click ok to close applicationand Error Message B) Origin.exe - system error
The program cant start because api-ms-crt-runtime[1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
Needless to say with regards to error message B I reinstalled and get the same problem.
I should also mention that for the past month or so, whenever I would start the Battlefront I icon I would have to spam push through the Error A message before origin/battlefront I would fire up. (I haven't had any issues operating Battlefront I or origin on this cpu in the past and until now that I've formatted my cpu I can't even play let alone download battlefront I....
Please do assist.
Thanks
