Is it worth me coming back to play this?

unfortunately no, it's full of children that use subtle cheats or full on cheats and the mods do nothing about it. 

You might get a condescending reply from one of them in the forums though.

They'll tell you to report (but the people never get banned), but last I checked I bought this game to play it, not file reports for the non existent moderators of this game.
