Is possible to run BF2 with a CPU just below minimum specs?

Ive asked around many places and ive gotten many differing answers, even just recently from the live chat support

my predicament is that when i check my specs on cyri - https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

the results show that i meet most minimum specs other than CPU as shown in one of the attached images

other people say i can run the game, most of them say at the cost of smooth gameplay, others say it just cant whatsoever. also something regarding that BF2 plays badly on the best computers so is gonna run even worse on mine. though im not sure if thats just influenced by the drama regarding the game.

a lot of people would just say to buy it, download and then try it out and then refund if i dont like or cant run it. but my worry is that my connection, here in the philippines is very limited. downloading a 50gb game takes quite a lot of time, thats also assuming exclusive bandwidth use which i just cant do since my family uses regular in both personal and business/school related stuff. and im afraid that taking the length of time it takes to get the game would invalidate the refund clause by the time im finished downloading it.

lastly, im not exactly concerned about having top notch graphics or super smooth performance, ive long accepted both my connection and hardware cannot play modern games at the generally accepted performance levels.

in short, can i run the game? and if so, would it be at a level which is basically unplayable?
